Quantities are totals per style, not per colour or size. Colour and size breakdowns are agreed for each order. Lead times are typical and depend on yarn availability, style complexity and approval timing.

Can I enquire without a technical pack?
Yes. Share your references, sketches or the effect you want to explore, and let us know which details still need development.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum is 50 pieces per style in 1 colour and 3 sizes. For 100 pieces per style, the order can include 3 colours and 3 sizes. These are total quantities per style; the allocation across colours and sizes is agreed for the order.
When do sample and production lead times begin?
Sampling typically takes 1–2 weeks after the project information and yarn are confirmed. Bulk production typically takes 5–7 weeks after pre-production sample approval and yarn arrival. Yarn availability, style complexity and approval timing may affect the schedule.
How should I share images and files?
Attach them to your enquiry email, or include a link with the appropriate access permissions. The brief builder does not upload attachments.
